FILM TESTED Mamiya M645 80mm f2.8 (356)
The Mamiya M645 is a perfect camera for those desiring to move to medium format and want the convenience of an SLR. It takes 15 frames of 6x4.5 cm each. Mamiya makes their cameras with fine craftsmanship. Mostly made of metal. This camera is an 8/10 cosmetically as it is used and has wear commensurate with age and all functions perform fine. There is some paint loss and the leatherette is coming undone on the prism finder near the hot-shoe. Also, the prism has a non-working meter and works fine for viewing & composing the frame and taking the shot so, imagine it being a non-metered prism. There is a band of desilvering within the prism - doesn't affect the photograph taken but, visible when you are composing the image.
The light seals for the film chamber have been replaced and film tested. See attached photographs taken with it. It has one of the finest 80mm f2.8 lenses ever made. The lens includes a clear filter for protection and a lens cap. Included is a third-party grip that works well and I find necessary when using the camera. Included is a brand-new strap that is a high-end brand that I personally use - Optech SuperPro. It has a wide section for the neck area and has gel bubbles that prevent the strap from slipping. Given that it is an all-metal camera + lens, it weighs more than your typical SLR camera and the strap comes in handy for all-day shooting.
