Política de reembolso

All items are shipped fully insured so it is the seller's responsibility to notify us as soon as possible about the damage so that we can file the insurance claim.

RESTOCKING FEES WILL APPLY AS FOLLOWS:

  1. 10-20% when an order has been processed and tracking information has been sent to you. We have spent the time, packaging your order, generating a packing slip, weighing the package, and, paying for the shipping label. We then must unpack your package - can't send your package to someone else with your packing slip in it - right? File for a refund for the shipping label. All of this takes time and effort. Add to that the opportunity of lost sales because the item was no longer available for sale between the time you ordered it and the time you changed your mind.

  2. 20% once an item is shipped to you: to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No returns on any open or used items. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the final amount of your purchase inclusive of all taxes, shipping charges, etc., unless an item did not match the description or the wrong item was shipped by us.

To start a return, you can contact us at pino@pinoshahantiques.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. No returns on used items or damaged items if you did not notify us that the shipment arrived damaged.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
